He has authored numerous articles, research papers, and books on strategy and management.

Giovanni Scarso Borioli

Co-CEO and Co-Founder • London
Giovanni is Co-CEO and Co-Founder of 3HORIZONS, leading product development and R&D initiatives. An Italian national, he is an Associate Professor at ESCP Business School and has over two decades of consulting experience across multiple industries, advising leading global brands. He has published several peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on strategy, management, and innovation.

Nicholas Stylianakis

Head of Professional Services • Nicosia
Nicholas leads 3HORIZONS’ consulting delivery and client engagements. Of Cypriot and British descent, he brings over 12 years of experience leading strategy engagements with global clients across industries including pharma, telecoms, food and beverage, energy, manufacturing, defence, and financial services. Nicholas also lectures in strategy at ESCP and other leading business schools.

Ben leads growth and business development across the UK, North America, and international markets at 3HORIZONS. A British national and former professional tennis player and U.S. collegiate athlete, he brings over a decade of experience in strategy and innovation consulting. Ben also lectures in growth and innovation strategy at ESCP Business School.

An Italian national, Angela leads 3HORIZONS’ growth in the Italian market, building partnerships and driving the firm’s strategic development in Italy. She previously worked in venture capital, supporting scaleups and serving on investment committees. Angela also lectures on strategy and scaling at ESCP Business School, maintaining strong links with academic research and next-generation leadership.

A Bulgarian national, Kristian has substantial experience working on consulting projects with cutting-edge R&D and innovation service providers, as well as organisations across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. Today, he leads our product function, working closely with the engineering team to continuously improve our digital solutions.
